Heather is currently working on a very exciting project- a new CD to be recorded in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil, this summer.
Salvador is arguably the "heart beat" of Brazilian music at this point in time, the perfect place to record a CD of this nature. The CD theme is 'romantico' or 'romantic' and will feature classic American standards,sung in English, classic Brazilian standards, sung in Portuguese, all with the unmistakable sound of Bahia. Being her second home, the area has greatly influenced her style in recent years, and given her much inspiration.
Look for this CD to be released fall of '06
